It can be daunting to ask for help and to start therapy. You can get in touch via the website, email or by phone. When you get in touch, we will arrange a telephone or online consultation, during which we can see whether I am the right person to help you at this time.
This session will last approximately thirty minutes and is free of charge. After this, if we decide to work together, our sessions will be held on an agreed day and time, which will become our regular weekly slot. I offer long-term psychotherapy or short-term counselling, which can be discussed in our consultation. If you are attending face-to-face sessions, free on-street parking is available close to my therapy room.
